We can say with confidence that we believe you will absolutely LOVE your jewels. In the off chance that you are not happy or change your mind, no problem! We will happily offer you a refund on your purchase (this excludes earrings, as we can not accept a return for hygiene reasons). To start the refund
process, please email us at Our exchange and refund policy is applicable for purchases that meet the following criteria:

  • Must be within 7 days of delivery date.
  • Merchandise must be unworn, in the original packaging and free of damage.
  • Once the return has been approved by us, item must be received within 10 business days.

All sale items are considered FINAL SALE. All refunds will exclude shipping costs. Simply Siena is not responsible for any returns that are lost, damaged or sent to the wrong address (make sure you get a tracking number). We reserve the right to refuse any returned products that have been used, worn or altered in any way.

If any of your products arrive damaged or defective, please email us within one week of delivery to request a replacement. Please include a picture and brief description of the damage/defect.
